Perhaps after marriage, the next most anticipated event among families is the arrival of a newborn baby. Nothing brings so much happiness and pride than a living proof of the continuation of a family’s lineage and legacy.
In this painting, I want to convey a sense of all positive elements of the first month birthday celebration – prayers offered, positive wishes conveyed, gifts given – coming together to pave the way for auspicious beginnings.
